Delivery
Free delivery within England.
Delivery will be by our designated courier PANTHER LOGISTICS. PANTHER LOGISTICS will contact the customer directly after the order has been placed.
Where a smaller vehicle is required, or other unusual circumstances are foreseen, an additional charge may be levied to cover costs of delivery.
The customer will be offered a 2 hour time slot. Deliveries are made 7 days a week to most areas. The customer will receive a text for a 2 hour delivery window by 21:00 hours the day before delivery.
The delivery crew will call the customer one hour prior to the ETA at the delivery address.
Overshoes will be worn within the home, The Goods will be unwrapped, and the packaging removed. The mattress will be placed where the customer requires.
The customer will be given time to inspect the the product before signing the delivery note.
