Delivery
Free delivery within England.
Please note that as mattresses orders are delivered by a specialist courier they cannot be combined with other store orders, Please complete a separate order for other purchases.

Delivery will be by our designated courier PANTHER LOGISTICS.
PANTHER LOGISTICS will contact the customer directly after the order has been placed. Approximately 3 working days.
Where a smaller vehicle is required, or other unusual circumstances are foreseen, an additional charge may be levied to cover costs of delivery.
The customer will be offered a 2 hour time slot, deliveries are made 7 days a week to most areas. Providing a mobile phone number has been given the customer will receive a text of a 2 hour window by 21:00 hours the day before delivery.
The delivery crew will call the customer one hour prior to the ETA at the delivery address.
Overshoes will be worn within the home, The Goods will be unwrapped, and the packaging removed. The mattress will be placed where the customer requires.
The customer will be given time to inspect the product before signing the delivery note.
